District  Administration under the leadership of District Collector, draws up special Economic Projects, which are projects focused on uplifting a specific group of SC/ST poor families in a specific area, by identifying a specific viable income generating economic activity and providing the necessary income generating assets along with all necessary backward and forward linkage assistance.  

Special Economic projects are formulated and implemented by project Implementation Team under the Chairmanship of District Collector.
