Free Vocational Training Programmes are  organized  for youth in the age group of 18-35 years in reputed and recognized training institutions in all districts through the TAHDCO District Vocational Training Programme Committee headed by the District Collector.

Courses having high employment potential such as Nursing, Hotel Management & Catering, Apparel Design & Manufacturing, Computer Software Programming, IT- enabled services, Electrical/ Electronics repair and maintenance, etc. are organized to enable the SC/ST youth to seek gainful employment in the private sector.

The entire course fee is borne by TAHDCO and also stipend of Rs.400/- per month is provided to these students
